Legal Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022, the Town of Fond du Lac Town Board will conduct a public hearing on proposed text amendments to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance. The proposed text amendments concern the elimination of the Residential Open Density zoning and the change to the setback requirements using the wall not the overhang as the setback. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
