Discussion and action to approve the adoption of the new Park Impact Fee Ordinance was completed at 5/11/26 Board Meeting.

There will be a phasing of the increase in the impact fee over the next years. Park fee analysis has been updated to reflect the phase increase. Motion made by Supervisor Washkoviak to initiate phase one of park impact fee increase to $600. Seconded by Chairman Montsma. Motion carried 5-0.
