2026 Park Impact Fee Needs Assessment

The 2026 Park Impact Fee Needs Assessment was be discussed at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, April 13th. The public hearing will be on Monday May 11, right before the Town Board meeting.

Summary

To help cover the costs of capital improvements at Simon Riverside Park, the Town is considering an increase in park impact fees, which are a one-time fee associated with new homes. Based on this needs assessment and the estimated capital costs of the proposed improvements, the calculated park impact fee would increase from $200 to $2,000.
