Notice of Special Closed Session Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday April 21, 2026 immediately following the annual meeting of the electors at the Town of Fond du Lac Town Hall, the Town Board of the Town of Fond du Lac intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. During the closed session, the Town Board will discuss a possible ordinance enforcement matter.
