NOTICE OF SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 the Town
Board of the Town of Fond du Lac intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis.
Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is
rendering oral or written advice to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in
which the Town is or is likely to become involved and pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c)
for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the Town has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility. During the closed session, the Board intends to discuss pending litigation and
matters related to specific Town employees.
