About Us

The Town of Fond du Lac Fire/EMS Department is a 100% volunteer Fire/EMS department established in 1955. We have around 20 current active members and operate out of two Fire Stations with two Engine Companies, two Water Tenders, a Squad Company and Brush Truck. We cover approximately 17.5 square miles surrounding the City of Fond du Lac with over 4,000 residents and respond to approximately 200 Fire and EMS calls per year providing Fire Protection, Prevention, Public Education and Emergency Medical Responder services.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Town of Fond du Lac Fire Department and First Responders is to protect and preserve the lives and properties of all Town of Fond du Lac residents, businesses and it’s visitors from fires, natural disasters, hazardous materials incidents, vehicle accidents and special rescues; as well as to save lives by providing Emergency Medical Responder Services.
