Bowmar Appraisal has been contracted by the Town of Fond du Lac to conduct a revaluation of all properties for the 2024 assessment year.  This notice is to inform you that an appraiser from Bowmar Appraisal will be visiting properties during the late summer and fall of 2023 and early spring of 2024.  If the appraiser does not find you home, he will leave a door tag letting you know he was there.  You do not need to contact Bowmar unless the tag indicates you should.  All property owners will receive a Notice of Assessment in the mail in late summer or early fall of 2024.
