During the monthly Town Board Meeting on June 12th, 2023, Kathy Meyn, the daughter of Kenny Meyn, graciously donated two LED flashlights to the Town of Fond du Lac’s Volunteer Fire Department. The new flashlights are lightweight and significantly brighter than traditional lights, which will be immensely valuable to the Fire Department. In the challenging scenarios of night-time fires or car accidents, they will provide enhanced visibility through smoke and darkness. The Town expresses profound gratitude for Kathy’s thoughtful contribution, which honors her father’s 50-year legacy as a charter member of the Town’s Fire Department and as Assistant Chief for 21 years.
